Specifications:

Vessel Material— Mill finished aluminum.

Vessel Construction— Smooth exterior, internal rings, 43 degree hopper slope with weld-on spun cones.

Testing— Hydro tested at 22.5 P.S.I.

Design Pressure—15 P.S.I.

End Frames— Huck riveted end frames with extruded aluminum frame rails, aluminum cross members and aluminum struts.

Manholes— Three 20” Heil heavy duty cast aluminum, with aluminum cam handles, nylon wear plates and sealing provisions.

Ladder— Aluminum, mounted at rear over chassis frame. Grab handles at chassis frame and top of vessel.

Walkway— Non-skid tape between aluminum toe rails. Toe rails to extend past first manhole. A short 72“x 23.5” wide platform with toe rails / grab handles is provided at rear. Platform extends forward of horse collar reinforcement.

Fenders— Aluminum single contour front and double contour rear fenders with Heil anti-sail flaps.

Lights—12 Volt Truck Lite flange mount LED lamp system complying to FMVSS with conspicuity markings each side and rear. Combination mid-tank clearance and turn signals, one each side with one oval third stop light, located rear center of trailer.

Upper Coupler— Hi-tensile steel, bolted and adjustable with 2” forged kingpin.

Landing Legs— Jost 2-speed A-HEIL Magnum series with 10” x 12” sand shoes and street side crank.

Gauges— Two liquid filled back-lit gauges, pressure range 0-30 PSI, located in cabinet streetside rear, forward of tandem. One for tank pressure, one for line pressure.

Product Line— 4” Schedule-40 aluminum line between hoppers. Aluminum groove to plain clamp joint connector.

Clean Out—Heil cast aluminum 4” front clean out forward of #1 hopper tee with 4” adapter, tethered aluminum dust cap and sealing provisions.

Product Valves— 5” Heil fig. 890 butterfly, aluminum body, 255 duplex stainless disc (1 piece disc & stem), white Nitrile seat . Located at each hopper; operated from street side.

Product Tees— Heil cast 5” straight cast aluminum low profile tee at each hopper with sealing provisions.

Aeration—Three (3) SureSeal, “SureFlo” aerators per hopper. 3” Aluminum air manifold with 2” white food grade hoses supplying air to aeration system, hopper-saver wear plates and 2” individual air control ball valves.

Pressure Control— 3” Heil fig. 890 butterfly valve, aluminum body, 255 duplex stainless disc (1 piece disc & stem) Locate street side to regulate airflow to product discharge line.

Air Line— 3” aluminum line with 3” adapter and cap street side front of tank. One 3” swing check valve near P.T.O. inlet and one 3” swing check valve upstream of front hopper discharge.

Top Air— None.

Blow Down Line— 3” Heil fig. 890 butterfly valve, aluminum body, 255 duplex stainless disc (1 piece disc & stem). Locate streetside at front of tank. Includes cam-on style 15 PSI pressure relief valve, Heil factory tested and wire sealed.

Hose Carrier— One 8” x 21’ long aluminum hose tube located curbside rear of tank. Cast aluminum door at rear.

Suspension— Hendrickson AANT230 Air Ride Suspension & brake system with parallel axles, 71.5” track, 5.75” round, 23,000 lb. axle beam rating. Heil R2R kit includes aluminum hubs and Centrifuse drums.

Axles— Integrated with air ride.

Brakes— Aluminum 2850 cu. in. air tank with rubber saddles and stainless steel u-bolt mount. System to meet FMVSS requirements. Haldex TRS 4S / 2M ABS with Roll Stability (4 wheel sensors – 2 modulator valves). Haldex “Info Center” for onboard brake system diagnostics located streetside on tandem frame. Built-in digital load scale and digital hub odometer included with Info Center.

Oil Seals— Premium oil seals and 75W90 full synthetic lubricant.

Paint— Silver metallic DuPont Imron 5000 on steel parts.
