Brake System: Aluminum 2850 in3 air tank with rubber saddles and stainless steel u-bolt mount. System to meet FMVSS requirements. Haldex TRS 4S-2M ABS system, with roll stability.
Landing Gear: Jost model A-HEIL magnum 2-speed, sealed gear box with arctic grade grease, 62,500 lbs. rated lift capacity with 10” x 12” sand shoes and street side crank.
Product / Air Control Valves: 5” Product and 3”aeration fig. 890 aluminum body, 255 duplex stainless disc butterfly valves, both conveniently located on roadside to regulate airflow and product discharge.
Product Discharge Line: 4” Schedule-40 aluminum manifold line between hoppers with aluminum groove to plain clamp joint connector between hoppers, straight to rear.
Air Line: 3” aluminum line with 3” adapter and cap street side front of tank; one 3” swing check valve near P.T.O. inlet and one 3” swing check valve upstream of front hopper discharge.
Lights / Wiring: 12 Volt Truck Lite flange mount LED lamp system complying to FMVSS with conspicuity markings each side and rear.
Paint: DuPont Imron 5000 series silver metallic paint on steel parts only (#N0217).
